A NEW LIFE!

Hello Everybody!

I have so much to tell you!

This year has been the best year of my life! I never imagined that I would finally see the day where I would not need to inject insulin or have to experience dialysis. On the 3rd of February, 2012, I had my double organ transplant. A new kidney and new pancreas. I am so grateful. It was about a month before that event that I heard about Helene Campbell and I was praying that she would get her lung transplant. When I was in the hospital I was praying that she would get her transplant too. When I got discharged from hospital in Montreal, I heard that Helene was admitted into Toronto hospital for her operation. I was so happy for her.

Now that I am recuperating, I have given thought to what I would like to do with my life and it is helping young people get jobs after they graduate from school. Through teaching English as a Second Language. I set up a site that offers opportunities for training to teach English worldwide. I am planning on publishing articles from experienced teachers mentoring new teachers to the profession.
I plan on providing free useful information for both Teachers and students in the very near future, as well.

Through my TESOL (Teacher English to Speakers of Other Languages) certificate, I ended up opening 3 schools, teaching for the Petroleum Industry of Venezuela, had my own television show called ENGLISH PARA TODOS and was interviewed on Radio and Television. All withen 5 years of recieving my certificate. Not to mention having my own business contracting teachers for ESL courses within their companies.

So now I feel prepared to offer something really valuable to the worldwide educational community.

Take care and have a great day! :)

  1. Michael I´m so happy to hear these motivating words since your encounter with kidney and pancreas malfunction. You deserve to live a healthy life because you have helped so many people over the years that I have known you. It makes me proud to hear that you will continue offering such valuable communication training to the world. I´m eager to collaborate with you on some ongoing projects here in Latin America. Take care bud, God bless you and please continue publishing this blog. It swelled my chest and put a huge smile on my face!
